we do not condone it nor do we wish harm upon literally anyone. If it is found that people are trying to get at each others throats because of this document, that is not the goal and we do not wish to have it seen as such.
Within this document, we will be discussing topics of Rape, Pedophilia, Grooming, sexual interest, Fictional Canibalism and murder, racism, ableism, Harrassment/Bullying, and Topic of Abuse We advise anyone that is sensitive to these topics to tread carefully. We will put warnings on the specific mentions so people don't stumble into anything without warning. Along with this warning, resources for people that have gone through any of this will be linked at the bottom of the document.
there is no black and white here. Everyone has done something wrong here and the severity is still up to the reader as to whether they will support certain actions. we are not here to put people on a pedestal or make them a martyr. this is merely us gathering all the information the old mods of smeets server cut up or left out. Any information we aren't able to prove will be mentioned but do not take it as concrete evidence. Especially with how much has been deleted on both sides of this drama, there will be some things we cannot prove in full without the ability to go back in time.
PRELUDE
it is important to not that due to the complication of the “lotus & pooks” role, all participants will be called mods,
This is full statement on Smeet, the older mods’ actions, and other things that spawned out of the mess of a drama this became. We are here to give the good, the bad, and the nasty details to the best of our ability. The way this will be formatted, we will talk about the stuff on Smeet first before talking about the main people behind the callouts. There will be some names cencered/replcaed for the fact some of the people involve are minors or want to keep their privacy.
here is all the people directly involve in order of importance to keep everything organized:

I will give a small timeline for people to follow along with so everyone can be on the same page.This will not have the evidence for these claims as they will be in their specific sections as to not clutter the document. The timeline of events is that Smeet has mods in their discord server that were abusing their power as mods to harrass others and gave blatant bias to their own friends. They were talking about Smeet behind their back saying he drew shotacon, made butcher proship/non-con friendly, and that they believe Smeet was still a proshipper. When Smeet found out about this information through Tricho, they got new mods to replace them and kicked them out of the server. One of those mods (’D’) put out a butcher edit as a callout post with everything they thought they had on Smeet along with using Tricho as an escape goat from when they pretended to be on their side. After this was done, a document was made to compile more information along with giving others a voice to talk about Smeet. All of the evidence in both is either cut up or out of context.
Now, multiple statements have been made as to whether people are on one side or another but this document is hoping to clear the air and have people make a more informed decision on the matter. Whether or not you choose to support anyone in this situation, that is not up to us to decide. As stated previously, we are not here to glorify or demonize anyone. With that all being said, we'll start off with the main reason you all are reading this document.
REGARDING SMEET

Smeet or smeetums is an artist that created invader zim fanart, a few welcome home AUs (including butcher and priest), as well as fanart of welcome home and other Welcoming Home Aus. for the record it must be stated that Smeet is, in fact, a 16 going on 17 year old. They have not tried to pretend to be an adult publicly online. They simply tried to avoid giving their age due to wanting privacy online. Within this section, we will first mention the accusations with the evidence they have given before going over each one separately with the full context/evidence.
the accusations leveled against Smeet are as follows:
- Making a welcome home AU dedicated to Non-con/Rape
- Making Welcome home NSFW
- drawing shotscon/child pornography
-being a proshipped behind closed doors
-sending nsfw to a groupchat with minors
-being inappropriate with other minors
-following 18+ accounts and liking NSFW content on public accounts if there is more, we will update this section to make sure everyone has full transparency.
first thing to get put of the way is the accusation of making a welcome home AU specifically for Rape. The AU in question is called the slaughter au, where butcher wally is a cannibalistic serial killer. The way butcher acts is that he is very charismatic to lure in his victims, using flirty languages as a way to threaten to eat them. Within the screenshots, Smeet is using the word non-con synonymous with the concept of not being able to consent to being killed or eaten. Smeet on call stated this ”’A’ told me restraining someone from escaping or grabbing someone by the neck was considered non-con which left me vary confused and I didn't understand it. They told me that it was triggering and wish it to not be in the server. I told them that I couldn't exactly not allow it in the server as it is the whole main idea of butcher wally” the way the word non-con was used made it seem as though the Butcher AU had implications of rape rather than one cannot consent to being murdered. Due to the wording mixed up, letting this slide due to the fact Smeet is still very much learning.
Note: No one consents to having their life taken, that's the point of a murderer.
now for the screenshots of me saying “this is non-con” it was indeed a welcome home drawing, I will admit I did draw that, I don't think it was anything too explicit let's hope but I did ask if ‘hop’ was ok with it and they told me that they were completely fine with it.

though I should have asked first before sending the image so that was my fault.I also want to talk about the vrchat situation and ‘hop’ stating how I touched them inappropriatly and such. Me, ‘hop’ and two other friends I won't mention had a little thing going on where we would flirt with each other and such, basically the whole “friends with benefits” and yes at some point I did flirt and touch ‘hop’(note: nothing in our friend group was doesn't to be taken seriously, and all of us where goofing around.) I made sure ‘hop’ was comfortable as I obviously didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable I asked them “are you sure you're ok with this” or “let me know if I am ever doing anything that makes you feel uncomfortable” ‘hop’ said ok and not once have I heard ‘hop’ say they were uncomfortable. If they were and never said anything to me, then that is just on them, I apologize.
note: ‘hop’ had the right to provoke consent at any time before it was over. The fact they didn't say anything in the moment only to lie about it later does not mean they didn't consent. It means they regretted giving that consent later, which is not a prosecutable offense on either side.On the topic of making welcome home NSFW, it is clear they didn't put anything about it in the document. However. These screenshots of the centered images prove that yes, he did in fact make NSFW. Getting two birds in one stone in this segment because these screenshots were gotten from a GC that involved minors, including swan who was the one who requested said NSFW.
due to this, I must note most of them were minors. The one adult that was in there? 18. Someone near smeets age who tried to stop the conversation where it was. Also, I don't know about you but being pressured and convinced into giving said NSFW isn't something a 16-17 year old deals well with. Regardless of this, all of us who were involved in the groupchat, were in the wrong. And I was in the wrong for allowing such actions and creating the group the groupchat to begin with. I will be taking accountability for this.
remember, we are not trying to excuse any behavior that is reprehensible or wrong. We merely seek to give full context since the other documents has given barely any.Oh lord, the shotacon and proship allegations. The art that is used as “Shotacon” is artwork done in a simpler artstyles. Because of how simplified the work looks, people interpret that into being childlike.

due to them being 14-15 I can give somewhat of a pass because not everyone is going to know how go draw people. Along with that, the people they associated with at the time were people that actively encouraged Smeet to make NSFW. They are no longer associated with these people. “Oh what about the art they liked between one of their characters and zim from invader zim? Zim's a minor!” I hear you say. Zim isn't a minor. The creator of invader zim has started he's not a minor (160 year's old) and isn't intended to be seen as one.

there is one ship to be mentioned between two characters called zadr
you can take this however you'd like but there's a lot of people in the invader zim community that ships Zadr, and I am one of them. While yes dib is canonically 12 years old, most invader zim artists including me have their own version of dib where he is an adult. Some people still find this to be weird or problematic, but in my opinion, I think it falls more into the neutral section, and surprisingly some antiship people including my friends are completely fine with it but you can have your own opinion on this. Aging up characters is very common.
I can see people not really believing us on the fact they didn't know how to draw adults till recently. Then let me introduce a few art pieces that make my case of them only recently figuring out how to make adults look more like adults rather then “cutesy.” you see this piece from October of 2022?
it's cutesy, it's adults interacting with eachother, but it's not children. Now look at this art from march of this year (2023), depicting the same two characters
looking awfully less simplified. It even looks like they are implementing techniques to make both characters older. Don't think that's good enough? Here is the original reference of their irkensona from the time they started getting more details.
